Volvo excavators come with a variety of unique features, such as an automated boom and bucket movements. This lets operators concentrate on the job at work. The HEPA filter inside the cab helps to reduce dust and exhaust on the jobsite, improving the operator's health. Other features include Bluetooth connectivity, a camera and auto-mute.
The EC230 Electric Excavator is powered by batteries, thereby reducing emissions and reduces maintenance costs. It can accomplish the same tasks like a diesel excavator including digging forces and lifting capacities. In a pilot-project with Waste Management, the mid-size excavator will be inspected in different waste applications. WM will collect data and share feedback with Volvo CE.
Unlocking the Ignition Switch

It also has an adjustable boom float feature that permits pump power to be transferred to other functions when the stick is raised.
Hydraulic leaks are among the most common problems with excavator swivels. Leaks of hydraulic fluid could result in serious problems for the machine. These problems could range from a loss of power to excessive wear and tear on parts of hydraulic.
Repairing leaks in hydraulics as quickly as possible is the best solution to handle them. This will decrease time to repair and prolong the life of your equipment. To fix a hydraulic leak you must determine what is causing the issue and then replace the affected part. It is also necessary to flush the entire hydraulic system to eliminate any contaminants.
